  • Educational courses via FutureHouse.co.uk
  • Online tools, forms, downloads, and subscriber communications

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our materials for personal or internal business use only. You must not redistribute, reproduce, or resell our content without prior written consent.

2. Account Creation and Access

You may be required to create an account or provide contact information to access certain content. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. Access is restricted to the subscriber (or authorised employee, in the case of corporate access).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions (including AI Academy enrolments) are managed through Stripe. We do not store payment data. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing unless cancelled prior to renewal.

4. Corporate Access

Where services are licensed to companies, access may be granted to employees using recognised domain-based email addresses. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and limit access to the licensed period and licensed group size.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, audio, slides, scripts, assessments, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Futures House Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our content or platforms.

6. Use of Affiliate Links and Third Parties

We may earn affiliate commissions from products, services, or tools recommended on our platform or in our communications. We only promote services we genuinely believe are useful, but you should perform your own due diligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futures House Ltd disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential loss. We do not offer financial advice, and our educational and podcast content is for informational purposes only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
